"We made a decision to live on more land and then started to search listings. Target Realty had good information about various listings. W e contacted Jay about the properties and also asked about other realtor's listings. He listened to what we wanted, and he then gathered information/documentation about all the properties we wanted to look over. He showed the properties without the feeling of being rushed, as if he enjoyed the country scene. Jay had good knowledge of the land—being a certified forester. Any questions were answered, if not immediately, he obtained the answer. He has a good work ethic: fair, honest, dependable and attentive.
